An energetic speaker with nearly 20 years of experience in physical therapy and leadership, Michelle has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving growth. She began her leadership journey as a Clinical Director at an outpatient orthopedics facility, then as a Partner at Rise Rehab where she drove company growth and fostered a strong team culture. After a successful merger, Michelle served as Regional VP of Operations for Empower Physical Therapy, overseeing 10 clinics.

Now a Certified Facilitator of the 6 Types of Working Genius, Michelle leverages her extensive industry expertise with proven leadership frameworks to empower leaders and businesses to thrive. Her passion lies in building resilient teams and guiding organizations through growth. Audiences leave inspired and equipped with actionable strategies to elevate their leadership and ready to unlock new levels of success.

Outside of work, Michelle finds joy in creative outlets in her floral design company. At home, her heart belongs to her beloved blind dog, Charlie Parker, whose resilience and love are a daily inspiration.

HBA may cancel Rockstar due to unforeseen circumstances; however, the event planners will take all measures to ensure the event goes on as planned. Should the event be rescheduled, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or tickets to the rescheduled event.

Ticket Transfer Policy

At HBA, we do not offer refunds for event tickets. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person who wishes to join the event.

  • Ticket transfers must be requested by contacting Rockstar -organizers at ______

  • All transfer requests must be submitted before February 1, 2025.

  • The new ticket holder’s information will need to be provided at the time of the transfer request.
