- Certificates of Completion: At the discretion of the organizers, certificates of completion may be provided during sessions. However, they are not guaranteed and will not be available after the session or the summit concludes.

HBA may cancel Rockstar due to unforeseen circumstances; however, the event planners will take all measures to ensure the event goes on as planned. Should the event be rescheduled, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or tickets to the rescheduled event.
At HBA, we do not offer refunds for event tickets. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person who wishes to join the event.

All transfer requests must be submitted before February 1, 2025.
The new ticket holder’s information will need to be provided at the time of the transfer request.
