RTT is unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® can reach breakthroughs using hypnosis that would not be possible by simply accessing the subconscious mind through talk therapy.

It is also unlike traditional talk therapy as we are going straight to the root cause and removing the need for months even years of sessions talking about the problem. Your incredible mind does the work and goes straight to the presenting problem. Most cases you only need 1-3 sessions.

Is RTT® just as effective through Zoom as it is face-to-face?

Absolutely! RTT® is equally effective via Zoom. In fact, many clients find that being in their own home makes them feel more relaxed, which enhances the therapy. We’ll connect in a safe and comfortable space, and you’ll experience the same powerful results whether we’re face-to-face or online.

Is hypnosis a natural state?

Yes, hypnosis is a completely natural state! It’s similar to the relaxed state you enter just before falling asleep or when you’re deeply absorbed in a task like reading or daydreaming. Your mind is always in control, and we’re simply guiding you to tap into your subconscious.

Will you make me do things I don’t want to do, like bark like a dog?

No way! Hypnosis is not like the stage hypnosis you might have seen on TV. You are fully aware and in control the entire time. You’ll never do anything that goes against your will or values. It’s all about helping you achieve your goals in a safe and respectful way.

How long is the session?

Each RTT® session typically lasts between 90 to 120 minutes. This gives us enough time to dive deep into the root of the issue and work through it thoroughly.

How many sessions do I need?

Most clients experience powerful breakthroughs in just 1 to 3 sessions per issue. It’s designed to be a fast and effective therapy. However, every person is unique, so we’ll discuss your specific needs during our consultation.

When will I see results?

This can vary. Some people feel immediate shifts after the session, others notice changes gradually over a few days or weeks. RTT® works deeply with your subconscious mind, so you might notice results unfolding in different areas of your life.

Do I have to listen to the recording every day?

Yes, it’s recommended that you listen to your personalized recording daily for at least 21 days. This helps rewire your subconscious with new, empowering beliefs and ensures lasting change.

What if we lose connection on Zoom?

If we experience any technical issues, don’t worry! I’ll guide you back to where we left off once we reconnect. If for some reason we can’t resume the session, we’ll simply reschedule for a time that works for you.

What should I do to prepare for my session?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Wear something comfortable, and if possible, use headphones for better sound quality.I’ll send you a full guide to ensure you are set up fro success and get the most out of your session and our time together!

Is RTT® safe?

Yes, RTT® is completely safe. It’s a therapeutic process designed to help you address the root cause of issues, and I will guide you gently through every step.

What happens after the session?

After your session, I’ll send you a personalized recording to listen to. You may feel a bit tired or emotional, which is totally normal. Give yourself some time to process, and feel free to reach out if you need support.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?

We understand that emergencies can arise. However, late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee. Please communicate with us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

What’s the difference between RTT and traditional talk therapy?

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) focuses on uncovering the root causes of issues in a shorter timeframe, often achieving significant breakthroughs in one to three sessions through techniques like hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). In contrast, traditional talk therapy typically spans several months or years, emphasizing ongoing discussions and exploration of thoughts and feelings without the use of hypnosis. While RTT aims for rapid, tangible results, traditional talk therapy prioritizes understanding and coping with emotional struggles, making the choice between them dependent on individual preferences and needs.
